Lincastro 2021 Vino Rosso

A blend of 50/50 dolcetto and barbera grapes. The dolcetto is spontaneously fermented in small wooden vats. The barbera, on the other hand, in steel. Racked, once malolactic fermentation is complete, the wines are blended and aged in old tonneaux.
