Carte Mute
con Il milione compagnia teatrale
La nebbia fitta del mattino, un tendone del mercato e una mappa delle mappe. E poi tre domande. Chi siamo? Dove siamo? Da dove veniamo? Da quest’incertezza nasce Carte mute, un viaggio fuori dal tempo per raccontare la storia di Ponente e Levante, due mercanti e vecchi amici in cerca di qualcosa di molto prezioso che entrambi hanno perso durante il cammino. I venti che portano nel loro nome soffiano da sempre in ogni dove. Hanno attraversato dalle città più moderne ai caravanserragli più insoliti, in un viaggio che dura da una vita e sta per regalare loro la storia più bella.
E se tutte le città altro non fossero che la bancarella di un mercato?

A natural amphitheatre
Our goal is to make our theatre a sounding board for young local (and non-local) artists and to create a space for encounters and interactions between people, territories and the arts.
The stage that is located in the Cascina Elena grove was built by us during an unusually warm winter. It was a terrace abandoned to brambles: what we did was to clean it up, and under all that mess, there was the shape of a natural amphitheatre.
