Between the rows we practice organic farming, and in the cellar the wine is allowed to find its own way, without manipulation.

Sustainability
The architectural design of the winery evolved from the idea of minimizing the impact on the surrounding landscape as much as possible.
Facade
The facade is clad with light brown horizontal terracotta tiles thereby integrating the building into the natural environment which is characterized by the typical stratified sedimentary rock.
Renewable energy
Photovoltaic panels, rainwater recovery, cellar air conditioning minimized by exploiting the thermal inertia of the soil.
Eco-friendly materials
The exterior materials are local, easy to dispose of and recyclable; the interior insulating materials are all naturally derived: wood fibre, hemp and cork panels.
