A pure Chardonnay Alta Langa, I Gorghi differs from the other Alta Langas in its tirage: carried out with its must previously frozen and without the addition of sugar. This choice gives us an expression that is at times softer but also more rustic. The zero dosage is in line with the freshness and verticality of our soil.
