Kei 2023- sparkling white wine

Pet-Nat made with moscato and a little favorita grapes. The must ferments spontaneously, and the wine is aged in steel throughout the winter.

At the end of April, the fermenting chardonnay must is added and then bottled for the second fermentation.

Fresh, light and tickling, the classic compulsive-drinking pet-nat to uncork at the sunset!
