Langhe Nebbiolo DOC 2022

Ever since we set foot on these vineyards there has always been a pair of hawks flying over our heads. Surrounded by forest, our vineyards are ideal hunting spaces for them, and we often find ourselves looking up into the air admiring them.

This Nebbiolo is inspired by them: crisp and graceful, it is a glass of red fruit to drink every day.

We opted for a not too long maceration, so as to avoid over-extraction of tannin in a hot vintage like 22 (very stressful for the vines).

The wine was aged 2/3 in steel and 1/3 in a third-passage tonneau for 9 months and then bottled.
