Makedé 2022 - Vino Bianco Macerato

From old vineyards of favorita, a late and generous variety.

The grapes are destemmed and fermented in a steel tank with a 5-day maceration.

After fermentation, the wine is divided into two masses, one of which will age in a 5hl barrel and the other 10 hl in steel.

After 10 months it is reassembled to be bottled.
