Romeo 2022- macerated white wine aged in amphora

Selection from the "sopra strada" vineyard, the one with the best exposure and productive balance. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in a steel vat with its indigenous yeasts. Maceration continues throughout the period of alcoholic fermentation (about 10 days). Racked, the wine is aged in amphora in which it also undergoes malolactic fermentation.

For us, "Romeo" is pure experimentation, empirical and unguided exploration among the ways of Muscat.
